What is it?
Re-Loop is a calm planning system for people whose energy and focus don't run on a schedule. It helps you plan by energy, not by time—short, repeatable “loops” instead of endless lists. There are no streaks, guilt, or red reminders; everything waits quietly until you're ready again. It's meant to bring a sense of calm to planning, even on days that don't go to plan.
Under the surface, Re-Loop blends research in executive function, motivation, and cognitive load with lived experience of ADHD, chronic illness, and burnout. It's designed to reduce overwhelm, externalize memory, and create gentle structure—the same principles you already use in coaching.
Who's it for?
Re-Loop was built for people whose attention and energy move in rhythms, not straight lines.
It's for those who:
- live with ADHD or traits that make focus unpredictable,
- manage chronic illness or fatigue that changes what “productive” looks like day to day,
- are recovering from burnout and rebuilding routines at a gentler pace,
- or simply need a system that doesn't punish inconsistency.
They don't need another system to make them “more productive.” They need one that helps them feel present, safe, and enough.
If you support people who live inside these rhythms, you'll recognize the needs Re-Loop was built around.
Features that support real life
Loops, not lists
Plan in short, repeatable cycles that reset gently instead of growing longer every day.
Energy-based planning
Re-Loop adapts to users. When their energy changes, their plan changes too—so they stay aligned, not behind.
No streaks, no guilt
There are no counters or punishments for breaks; everything waits quietly until you're ready again.
They choose how to use it
Opt in to reminders or keep the app completely quiet. Re-Loop adapts to their rhythm, not the other way around.
Private by design
Re-Loops guiding principle. Nothing is sold, shared, or used to manipulate attention.
Research-backed structure
Built from cognitive-science principles—executive function, motivation, and self-compassion—combined with lived experience of ADHD and burnout.
