How we use AI — safely
Re-Loop uses AI to make the experience feel personal — learning your preferred rhythm and how you like things arranged — but never at the cost of privacy.
- Entries aren’t tied to you.
When AI processes your data, it’s connected only to Re-Loop, not to your name, email, or device. We strip all identifying information before any request leaves the app.
- Region-aware processing.
We route AI and storage requests within your region whenever possible, following local privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Your information doesn’t cross borders unnecessarily.
- Aligned services.
We choose AI partners that meet or exceed the privacy expectations of each region — companies that treat data as something to protect, not to monetize.
- Ephemeral learning.
Once the app understands your preferred patterns, the raw data used to teach it is deleted. The model stays; the traces do not.
Local‑first design
- Entries live on your device and are encrypted before any sync.
- When cloud sync arrives, it will be end‑to‑end encrypted, so only you can read what’s stored.
- Account deletion severs every remaining link between your ID and your data.
Minimal analytics
We use a private analytics service to understand crashes and usage patterns — never personal content. These events are anonymized and never sold, shared, or used for advertising.
